Yes and yes.   The only thing that is changing is the termination of the open mail-alias service for anyone with a ham-like callsign that applies.  All other AMSAT IT services will continue to operate as usual, including e-mails accounts with an @amsat.org address such as this one that are used for official AMSAT business.
