Just a caution: You probably need to be licensed in the country you are transmitting from (or have reciprocal agreements with your own country or whatever). So for US users, we'd probably want to have the station in a CEPT country. And note that not all CEPT countries allow US Technician or General licencees to operate under CEPT. Good reason to get an Extra!
