And these from this morning. This launch has left 21 objects. That's an awful lot of debris for 6 satellites.

The 93036xxx number in the keplerian data identifies those as Cosmos 2251 debris, probably freshly identified. The 93 part is the launch year...notice the Sumbandilasat launch keps have 09xxx in that place?
