Just curious - is there any way to measure SSTV utilization?

For example, in the past 24 hours there have been 700 packets digipeated from the ISS based on packets iGated.

Obviously, not all traffic get's iGated - so, we can double that number from 700 to 1,400 packets in the past 24 hours.

I think I hear you saying SSTV is a better utilization of the radio because more people would utilize the downlink if it was sending SSTV; I'm not convinced that is true.
