And, because I offer complete contact info to them for support (Including home and cell telephone numbers), I'd really not try to work out a software problem - when the publisher offers nothing ...
Heck - Although I playfully admonish audiences to "Back out the hours to compensate for GMT when you use AMSAT's online satellite predictor BEFORE you call me ... " - I still get an occasional call at 1:00 or 2:00AM from a new "friend" who is out in his back yard, thinking '51 is passing overhead ...
