[amsat-bb] Health of Oscar 7

Oscar 7 has been sounding rather rough on the edges the last few passes in mode B. Signals were more distorted then sounding FM.

All stations here in VK were using low power and there was only one QSO at a time going through the transponder with our usual round table discussion.

Don't know if anyone can comment on there experience with her lately and on how she is going?
