[AMSAT-BB] mailbox filling up!!

I view the amsat mail listings then pick what I want to read.I DO NOT WANT ALL THESE EMAILS filling up my mail box.How do I turn this off without messing up being able to read just what I want to read??? Perry WB8OTH
