No transponders on those Cubesats but Spring/Summer 2013 should see the launch of 3 CubeSats carrying 435/145 linear transponders, 1 CubeSat carrying a 145/435 linear transponder and several CubeSats carry 435/145 AO-16 style FM-DSB transponders.
