[amsat-bb] HRD 4.0 not properly switching frequencies for sat tracking

I'm only posting here because the HRD forums don't seem to have much activity. Please see the my posts (before the thread was hijacked) at the following link http://forums.ham-radio.ch/showthread.php?t=17841

Basically, the VFO is not switching to the TX freq at all or it's waiting until after I've finished keying 90% of the time.
