Likewise I still have my 33-inch offset dish with 6 turn RHCP helix feed with MKU LNA and two Drake converters: one unmodified with 123-MHz out and other modified for 435-MHz out. Worked very well on AO-40 mode-US and mode-LS.

Hi Bob,
No immediate plans for AMSAT-NA but GOLF will give us opportunities to play with a variety of bands over time so I won't rule it out.? Anyway, I still have my K5GNA downconverter and BBQ dish on my array so I'm in a reasonable position to influence a way to put them back into use if I get a hankerin'!?? :-D

Hello-Is there any chance of using S Band (2.4 Ghz) being used on
any future satellites? I know there are several of us who have a box of down converters and associated equipment, waiting for "something". I know the five & dime is being planed.
