[amsat-bb] AMSAT office closed the rest of the day

Martha reports that the power has been off in the building that hosts the AMSAT office for over 45 minutes. It is unknown when will return and the building owner must come to the building and manually turn on the air conditioning system.

Due to the over 100 degree temperatures in Silver Spring, she has left for the day.
