[amsat-bb] Elk Antenna Question

Is it possible to work duplex with an Elk 2M/440EL antenna and two HT's, one programmed with VHF up link and the other programmed with UHF down link .... SO-50 for example?

Since the Elk 2M/440EL is designed for two bands, but only one coax connection, how would this be done?
