Just a note that the pdf available on the Amsat web site is the QST article. I don't think there is enough information there actually to build the WRAPS, although you will get the general idea. The Amsat store also has a link to QST-in-depth, where you find the construction details on the member's pages, but you still need to log in, either as a member or a guest.
