[amsat-bb] NO-84

Am i missing something

NO-84 or PSAT is very active on my ISS / PSAT website

I have it down as 145.825 MHz

I have listened to it in light and dark.

I have proved my setup on local APRS

I have not copied a peep out of NO-84
