In email such as this HTML is bloatware and costs the end user that pays by the byte.
Sent via Thunderbird which allows HTML to be turned off.

I could make all my emails plain text but then it would be server wide for me and anyone else on the domain. One also might ask why some email users need 6 lines of signature, nearly exceeding the number of lines in the body of the message containing useful content.
