[AMSAT-BB] IC9700 and N1MM+ config

HI Is anyone successfully using an IC9700 in satellite mode with N1MM+ ?? I'm trying to set up for CW and the two programmes are fine if I just use a single VFO.However, when I go to full duplex (satellite mode) I just can't make it work at all. In satellite mode........N1MM no longer reads the frequency of the radioand even if I swap the Icom menu items  "USB keying (CW) " from USB A DTR to   USB B DTR     and the PTT from  USB A RTS to USB B RTS the radio either does nothing or I get a runtime error message from N1MM. If anyone has this working, I would really appreciate the menu settings. Or if you have failed miserably too, that would help in its own way.
