[amsat-bb] antenna performance

The University of Louisiana sat team is trying to check the performance of its VHF and UHF antenna. Here is the data we would like to know. The receive signal strength of the beacon on the V and U sat and the idle noise when the antenna is pointed to cold sky. To make the measurements useful we also need to know the antenna gain and the bandwidth of your receiver, the satellite and the distance to the satellite at the time of the measurement.
