[amsat-bb] WA7IRW as VP2V on AO-51

A heads up, Greg, WA7IRW will be operating at the British Virgin Islands as VP2V/WA7IRW starting 5 May and ending 18 May. He expects to try AO-51 ops typically in the afternoon / evening hours passes as they will be sailing in the morning hours. He will be using a FT857 and an aArrow antenna from the sail boat.
