Hi!
Yes, I have been running 3 different DOS-based tracking programs (InstantTrack, STS Plus, PREDICT) in DOSBox running on a 64-bit Windows 7 laptop, 32- and 64-bit Windows 10 laptops, and a 64-bit Linux (Fedora 28) laptop. I had purchased InstantTrack many years ago, had PREDICT on the Win7 laptop, and with the recent QRZ discussions decided to try STS Plus. All seem to work fine, and with updated keps are just as accurate as the more modern programs like SatPC32 and Gpredict I also use.
Once I had my folder/directory set up for DOSBox, I copied it off, and can put that on other systems running DOSBox. DOSBox appears to report its version as 5.00, if that matters for programs you may want to run in that environment.
BTW InstantTrack appears to remain available for purchase, but not from AMSAT anymore. InstantTrack's web page is:

and the link for purchasing it:

I had version 1.50, made a copy of that installation, and applied the version 1.55 beta update. Both the original 1.50 install and the upgraded 1.55 install work fine in DOSBox.
73!

In another thread on QRZ Patrick WD9EWK/VA7EWK mentions that he also got InstantTrack running in DOSBox. The link for that one is: https://forums.qrz.com/index.php?threads/farewell-sts-plus.617552/page-2

Hi Tom,
InstantTrack, that most likely will not work under the Windows 10/64 bit world
There was a discussion on the QRZ satellite forum a couple of weeks ago involving a method to get the DOS based STSPlus running on Win10. You'll find instructions how to install DOSBox ... once that is installed
perhaps
you can perhaps run InstantTrack.
