[amsat-bb] doppler sql file for FO-29

I am having trouble with the Doppler sql file for the transponder on FO-29.  I believe that the file I have is not correct. Is there a current file known to be the correct one.  The Big Bird sounds great again, but my up and down link are pretty far apart.
