Hi,
Can anyone help me to find a reliable source of tle Keps for PSAT please? I'm trying to track it for APRS and maybe a bit of PSK31 later.
For some reason PSAT (Parkinsonsat NORAD #40654) is not published in any of the normal resources that I use.
Space-Track lists it but doesn't have Keps for it. I think that is why Celestrak etc doesn't have it at all.
Interestingly, Heavens-Above does have an old elset which is about a week old and http://www.n2yo.com has it from December 2015.
I haven't had this sort of problem before. Normally If it's up there then it is listed in any number of different places and formats. With only two or three APRS Sats available I thought there would be a ton of interest in this one but it is tricky to find!
