Celestrak attempt is pretty interesting. Here[1] is a comparison with observed data[2] from SatNOGS Network and SatNOGS Community strf observations.
In some cases matches are close to observations data, in some other are pretty off. However such an analysis is useful for some of the satellites that haven't been received.
