[amsat-bb] FOX TELEMETRY SERVER will be down for maintenance

I am going to take the FOX telemetry server down to work on upgrades needed to support future spacecraft. I'm not sure how long it will take. I am hoping to complete this evening US time.

Telemetry will queue at FoxTelem and be sent once the server is back up and running. Let me know if you have any questions.
