Fought this problem a little here also.  One thing I noticed is that you must be consistent in using 4-character vs. 6-character grid square for your station location.  Have fun!

Hi Mike,

As was suggested earlier, the Propagation field needs to show SAT and the satellite name must be something that LOTW recognizes, e.g. RS-44 vice RS44, ARISS and not ISS, etc.

If those two ideas don't do it, how about doing a copy and paste of one of your QSOs in ADIF format and post it. (Change the callsign to protect the guilty, etc.) I'd bet that would reveal what needs to be fixed.

Subject: [AMSAT-BB] LOTW VUCC Satellite entries

I'm having trouble getting my satellite log to show up in the LOTW VUCC Satellite section.  I have over a hundred grids and not one shows up confirmed in LOTW.  I looked at the .adi log in TSQL and indeed the mode of satellite, satellite name, and bands are populated.  Does anyone have an idea why nothing would show up in VUCC Satellite?  I only see my 6m contacts.   I even tried to set a filter as my grid square from the example online (https://lotw.arrl.org/lotw-help/vucc-setup/?lang=en).  That didn't help.  Your assistance is appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike, AA9VI
