Keps are working just fine here.

The correct URL is http://www.amsat.org/tle/current/dailytle.txt

You have to add that link to the top of your Celestrak.SQF file in SatPC32. Reach that file under the "?" pulldown on the top menu bar.

Been that way for me since they changed the normal download location.  Did you
change the actyal location that the link refers too as well.  In satpc32 you will
have to change it in 2 spots....unless you already had.
