[amsat-bb] LUSEX UV Transponder initial test

Yesterday 07/14 LUSEX transponder was activated.

We hear noise from space @145.950 and then a call from LU1ESY.

Transponder is under test, enabled occasionally.

We are very excited. More news soon.
