Just worked ISS again COL Wheelock 22:01 UTC from em55 on 145.800rec and 144.490 T on FM

This was my second contact this weekend      WOW

also KI4OTG here in Memphis also worked him. It seems that the voice contacts are made around the 22.xx utc time The signal was full scale on my TS 2000 with a 17B antenna
