Hi Lapo,
the decoder for PSK tlm you can find at Mike's page https://www.dk3wn.info/wp/digital/
just search for Parkinsonsat. Or you can find description of the channels on our pages for PSK transponder here under PSAT:
http://www.urel.feec.vutbr.cz/esl/
Hope that it will help, good luck with experimenting.

Hi, I've received two burst during last pass of NO-84 over EU, signal quite good with a bit of qsb on 435.350MHz. I've recorded the audio and than processed with fldig using BPSK-31: phase scope looks good and what I've decoded is just:
252 00 23 804 242 +20 2n B 252 00 23 804 242 +20 gy
that seems resonable data (beacon B, partial first packet) and is similar on what I've read here:
dk3wn.info/files/psat_talk_dk3wn_Amsatuk_colloq_2015.pdf
and here:
http://www.urel.feec.vutbr.cz/esl/files/Projects/PSAT/P%20sat%20transponder%20WEB%20spec02.htm
But how can I decode it? I haven't an HF TX so I cannot test uplink so I would try to get telemetry better. One more question: is normal just two burst during a 10min pass?
Many thanks!
