ISS Pass: NW to SE, about 15% degree max elevation, on Feb 10 2019, 00:25 UTC in CM97an Fremont California, However, I'm not sure how BHUTAN-1 CUBESAT appears in this set. Did both ISS and Bhutan-1 CubeSat passed around the same AOS and used the same frequency ?!
