Hello Andrew,
There is no need for user to update Keps on Pass http://amsat.org.ar/pass
Pass updates Keps 8 times a day from Celestrak, Spacetrack & Amsat-NA, using last TLEs available.
Keps in use can be seen or downloaded at http://amsat.org.ar/keps.txt

As an alternative, Pass can control SDR using http://amsat.org.ar/pass.exe .
After starting pass.exe, run HDSDR, easily found on Internet.
On HDSDR Options select DDE to SDR, and there select Orbitron. (Pass behaves as Orbitron)
Then when you click on Pass on Falconsat its frequency is sent to SDR following Dopplers.

Here is a how to to get Falsconsat-3 with a Airspy Mini
Download and install orbitron as usual
Download the My DDE client from the orbitron site
Place the MyDDE files into the orbitron directory
Download an older version of SDR# < 1400
Download the satellite tracker plugin and place in sdr# directory
Modify the orbitron config file
Modify the Plugins.xml for SDR#
Run up orbitron and sdr# ( old version ) and select "SDRSharp" from the Radio / Rotor DDE selection.
The key is to get an OLD version of SDR#
Install Virtual Audio Cable
Install UZ7HO High Speed 9600 Baud decoder ( Enable KISS )
Run your own program to take in the KISS ( I use UI-VIEW )
