Think he also has G1OCN? I'm not sure.
Anyway, I can't immediately verify whether or not M3 licence holders can use 23cm, although I'm pretty sure we can't use 12cm - odd that, since there's an ISM allocation slap bang in the middle. In any case, I don't have any 23cm gear so it's SO-50 only for a few weeks.
