PLUS OR MINUS UP TO TWO MINUTES. And while monitoring 145.950, there will be two-minute "gaps" between 40-60 seconds of pre-recorded transmissions - so KNOW where the ISS will be in the sky, and KEEP MONITORING for the entire pass!
