[amsat-bb] AO-51 Straight Key Night CW over FM

Please could someone explain better this mode for your use on Straight Key Night for AO-51: Uplink: 145.880 MHz CW  (is this A1 ?) Downlink: 435.300 MHz CW over FM (is this A2 over FM ?) Thanks !
