Thanks for the report. I expect we have at least another 12-24 hours of battery if we are lucky. So keep listening! Also note the info in the telemetry. I last uploaded the satellite OS over one year ago, as the “375” days of uptime states. Also note the clock on FS-3 runs “fast” and gains time. So be sure to note local host time when copied.

Hi all,
Current predictions for Falconsat-3 reentry seem to converge around
late
(UTC) 21 Jan 2023 to early (UTC) 22 Jan 2023. Therefore, I plan to command TX ON about 1910 UTC today, 19 Jan 2023, with battery management
OFF. In
recent weeks, it has survived this for 24-30 hours--at which time I
have
turned it OFF. So, this will be right on the margins for battery vs. reentry, but we're going to "flame out" either way :) Good luck with listening over the next couple of days.. TLEs here are current daily https://www.amsat.org/tle/current/daily.all Or you may need to get
them
directly from Space-Track.. Reports here deeply appreciated! https://www.amsat.org/status/
