Agreed. Graham tells me by email that they dont evacuate the gantry etc until abt 15 mins b4 launch!

Mind you there seems to be conflicting reports about launch time; SARC report 14:55 utc (which has passed) and AMSAT - SA report 16:55 - so you pays yer money and yer takes yer choice!
By the looks of things they are still trying to find the blue touch paper and a big enough match so my guess is for 16:55 (12:55 edt)
