Aren't Starlink fairly low LEO birds? How about Iridium? They are a bit higher, I think, and have some particular times when they are very visible depending on the angle. Interesting discussion.

Probably on of the Starlink sats, as there is a lot of them that can be seen very easily. More to come eventually as there is going to be 4000 of them in a few years.
