We have tried the PSK 31 mode A/U before without much success.
If you have the AO-51 book, there is a screenshot of PSK-31 in operation on page 34. The major problem is that the 10M uplink has to be received with the 2M whip antenna, not a great match. The signal strengths were low and it didn't prove to be very popular.

I wanted to be the first to thank Drew and the AO-51 Command Team in advance for scheduling the Second Channel for September.
It is appreciated, to say the least.
That being said, according to AMSAT.org, AO-51 has the "capability" to do PSK31:
*Mode A/U Digital: Operational* Uplink: 28.1400 MHz PSK 31 BPS Downlink 435.3000 MHz FM 31 BPS
Has this ever been activated? If it is possible, how has it worked out before?
