thanks for the survey. A few observations on the survey:
Most amateur radio operators are not "Institutions" unless you want only universities to respond. Needs to be clarified. Secondly asking for Lat and Lon is fine if you provide the format. Grid square is much more convenient and bullet proof (at least within NA). Antenna gain has to be matched to a specific antenna, not sure how to respond if more than one is selected (UHF/VHF). Would be nice to inquire about the radio in addition to software. Some software is not supporting all radios. Would be great if you could optimize the survey.
