Northern Hemisphere passes begin at about 9:35 PM LOCAL time Then again at around 11:15 PM and then about 01:00 AM local time ish....
What is amazing, is that it looks like it is about the SAME time every day for a pass even though the orbit is moving earlier
After a few days, there will be a new orbit around 8 PM local time, and the others above will continue at the same time.
And so forth. So it is moving earlier but appears to have this sun synchronous behavior...
