Hi all, Perhaps someone can clarify this for me as well, the elset number for ANDE keps on Spacetrack seem to be "jumping around". I downloaded 07464 yesterday morning, when I looked last night the current set was back to 7297 which is what it is still showing. There is about 2 minutes difference between these two elsets. Is this a correction or something else?
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all, Geoff ZL3GA

Hi All,
Just captured a few packets back from ANDE.
Please note the following CRITICAL point:
The current Keps from Space-Track at the time of this pass are 2 days and 10 hours old.
ANDE arrived overhead about 5 minutes EARLY!!!, based on those old keps.
Packets received as follows, at about 07:04 UTC, 24-Dec-2007
