[amsat-bb] AO-92 D/L

Just tried to work the end of the AO-92 L/V pass and there was a very load signal covering up the d/l here. The noise seemed to be on the d/l signal itself. I never heard this before. I did manage to barely work WB8OTH, and NS3L as their signals where solid. Anyone else notice it?
