[amsat-bb] working FO-29

I tried to work FO-29 for the first time since it started working again but must be doing something wrong. I could hear several stations loud and clear but could not hear my own downlink. My radio is working fine with the other sats, so it must be someone particular to FO-29. Did perhaps the uplink change frequency or something?
