No user action required. It is uploaded as received so long as you have an internet connection. Look at the lower right corner. You will see what normally reads "Queue :0" but if you watch closely, as a frame is decoded the zero will briefly change to one and back. If the internet is down, or there is a rare server issue, the number of unsent frames will grow. When things are back to normal, the frames will drain quickly.
