[amsat-bb] FUNcube Data Warehouse Outage

Hi,

If you experienced problems uploading or accessing the warehouse at around 21:00 UTC on the 14th March, we were appliying security patches and the Apache web server did not come up cleanly after the reboot.

All fixed now.
