[amsat-bb] Problems

Due to new postal regulations, our mailer had to buy new software. As some of you know, there was a glitch. The right address but the wrong name appears on your Journal. I have spoken to the mailer and was assured that everyone received a Journal. So disregard the name and enjoy the magazine.
