Yes apologies - the server that this website is based has suffered a major failure...we are trying to rebuild it at this moment but we do not expect it to be back up for another 7-10 days and then it may need to be updated and corrected.
If anyone has immediate questions relating to specific mission pls email me directly off-list

Yes it is, but the page Thomas is referring to is the IARU coordination page that -UK hosts. It is -not- there, and has been down for several days.
