[amsat-bb] Looking for Help with High Altitude Weather balloon Launch in France

Hello:

My name is Liz Henriquez and I am with the US-based Project Aether high altitude balloon group.

We have obtained funding to do launches in Europe this month and we are looking for the help with a launch in Northern France..

We are hoping you have information about permits, or perhaps you have a blanket clearance, as UKHAS does in the UK.

We are looking to launch on February 28th.
