Vince, it works very well with rotating yagis and preamps!

It's a great device. Also makes nice panadapter, but it's a great receiver by all means.

That was my next question, hit send on the first email too soon. I was wondering if anyone was using it with outdoor antenna's & preamp with any success, or if it's mainly only useful for tapping off the I.F. on another receiver.
