      Received one TLM frame over southern Brazil around 15:34 UTC. Unfortunately
I forgot to set enable "Upload to Server" on FoxTlm.

Ignore my remark on the 20 minute offset. I was checking against
a wrong TLE set. The pre-launch TLE set should still be used until
really measured TLE sets will be published later today.
