[amsat-bb] FUNcube-1 operations

Hi Folks,

I have just switched FUNcube-1 to full time transponder mode at approx 0850 UTC.

12 hours earlier than normal due Ground Station availability.

As usual, we will aim to switch back to 'auto' mode on Sunday evening (UTC).
